ADS, 1780 June 27 : Crown Office, Georgia.

Court orders the Attorney General to make laws out of ten grievances presented to Anthony Stokes, Chief Justice at Savannah by "Grand Jurors of our Sovereign lord the King." Grievances concern conditions of the streets and wells, need of jails for debtors, felons, and Negroes, and "the great annoyance of His Majesty's loyal subjects" that Rebels pass freely in the Province.
